You open the fridge to find it full of nourishing food, grounding snacks, and hydrating drinks. Your customized supplementation is perfectly organized and standing at the ready to keep your heart open, mind sharp, and body energized.
The day wraps and you return to your hotel to detox the day with an easy in-room sweat therapy and a relaxing lymphatic drainage swing. You shower, apply effective non-toxic skincare, and crawl into your organic sheets. The next morning you wake refreshed, light, glowing, and ready to give your full self to the new day’s work!

Jess will arrive at the beginning of the shoot/tour to arrange everything for your space. You have the option of in-person restocks and check-ins or Jess can instruct and delegate the continuation of your support to your assistant.
