Please read these terms carefully before placing an order with us. By placing orders and shopping at Merfleur Wellness you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service.
Courses
Ordering
Payments are processed at the time you place your order. All major credit cards are accepted including; Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card and Apple Pay. Your card information is transmitted over secure SSL encryption and is not stored at this time.
Pricing
All prices for products are listed in US dollars plus applicable sales taxes and, if applicable, shipping charges. Please note that local charges, such as sales tax and customs duty, may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These are your responsibility and expense.
Payment
All products remain Merfleur Wellness’ property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. All transfers conducted through Merfleur Wellness are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.
Order Tracking
When your online order is submitted, you will receive an email confirming your order has been received. Once your package is shipped, you will receive another email with the carrier tracking information.
Shipping & Delivery
At this time, we are only shipping domestically. USA addresses receive complimentary shipping. I reserve the right to alter this offering at any time. All orders ship within 1 to 3 business days following receipt from my seaside home in Southern California. Packages are shipped USPS priority.
International shipping is not available at this time but will be opening up soon, at which time any and all shipping charges will be calculated and added to your order at the time of checkout.
Damages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact me within 5 days of receipt of your order at jess@merfleurwellness.com.
Returns
Products are non-refundable at this time. If you are unsatisfied with the results, please reach out to jess@merfleurwellness.com to share your experience and I’d be happy to support a better encounter with the flowers.
Storage & Safety
Merfleur Shoppe products are packaged with safety and health in mind. Remedies is stored in premium opaque, European-made ultraviolet glass that is lab-certified to extend the potency of ingredients for 2+ years, your glass bottle will block all harmful visible light rays from altering your remedy or allowing bacteria to grow. Only UVA and infrared rays are permitted because they preserve freshness. Each bottle is airtight and secured. Dishwasher safe and smell proof, I highly recommend reusing your bottles once you complete your remedy.
As an extra precaution, please do not place flower remedies adjacent to wifi devices, such as phones, laptops, and tablets for long periods of time as it can impact the effectiveness of the remedy and, of course, avoid extreme temperatures.
Force Majeure
Events outside Merfleur Wellness control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Merfleur Wellness is released from obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.
Personal Information
All personal information provided or acquired will be used solely to ensure deliveries, confirm credit assessment, and provide offers and information on products to you. The information you provide is only available to Merfleur Wellness and will not be shared with any other third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request deletion or correction of the information held about you. By accepting the Merfleur Wellness Terms of Service, you agree to the above.
Cookies
Merfleur Wellness uses cookies according to the new Electronic Communications Act, which came into force on 25 July 2003. A cookie is a small text file stored on your computer that contains information that helps the website to identify and track the visitor. Cookies do no harm to your computer, consist only of text, can not contain viruses and occupies virtually no space on your hard drive. There are two types of cookies: "Session Cookies" and cookies that are saved permanently on your computer.
The first type of cookie commonly used is "Session Cookies". During the time you visit the website, our web server assigns your browser a unique identifier string so as not to confuse you with other visitors. The second type of cookie saves a file permanently on your computer. This type of cookie is used to track how visitors move around on the website. This is only used to offer visitors better services and support. The text files can be deleted. At Merfleur Wellness we use this type of cookie to keep track of your shopping cart and to keep statistics of our visitors. The information stored on your computer is only a unique number, without any connection to personal information.
Additional Information
Merfleur Wellness reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. In the event a product is sold out, Merfleur Wellness has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way possible. Merfleur Wellness shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products, if available.
